What Is PixelForge Labs?
PixelForge Labs is an AI and marketing technology company based in Minnesota, serving the Twin Cities and clients across the US remotely. Together with our creative studio, Imaginor Studio, we act as one partner with two departments: AI sales and lead agents, CRM, SEO + AEO, email marketing, analytics, and custom software on one side, and video, graphics, and ad creative on the other.
At our core, PixelForge Labs is a software development company. Our developers build custom websites, web and mobile applications, AI agents, and system integrations, deployed and managed on AWS. The marketing systems we run for clients sit on software we engineer ourselves, which is why we describe ourselves as builders rather than resellers.
We work with small and midsize businesses: law firms, medical practices, professional services, logistics, and manufacturing. Our work is B2B. We are not a consumer IT or computer repair shop, and we are not affiliated with other companies that use the PixelForge name.
Every engagement starts with a free proof of concept: we build a working slice of your growth engine before any commitment. Our Story
PixelForge Labs was born from a pattern we kept seeing: smart founders paying $4,000–$8,000/month to 3–5 disconnected vendors (a web agency, an SEO freelancer, a CRM tool, an email platform) and spending their own time acting as the glue between all of them.
They had no single dashboard, no clear pipeline, and no one proactively monitoring whether any of it was working. Tech was a cost center, not a growth engine.
So we built a different model: one partner with two departments, PixelForge Labs for AI and revenue systems and Imaginor Studio for creative production, under simple monthly packages. We own the tools, the integrations, and the outcomes. Founders stop managing vendors and start seeing results.
